Profiles are active for one year upon activation.

For Support and Assistance Animals:

Upon your profile expiring, you will be prompted to review your accommodation request, make any updates, and attest that the information is still accurate to renew. You will be able to submit your renewal on the day your profile expires, we will send a reminder to you on that day. There is no charge to resubmit an accommodation request for renewal, but it must be reviewed by our review team again.

For Household Pets:

Profiles are active for one year upon activation. Upon your profile expiring, you will be prompted to review your profile, make any updates, and attest that the information is still accurate to renew. When paying by credit card, the cost to renew your profile before the expiration date is $20. The auto-renewal fee is $25. After the expiration date, the cost to manually renew is $25. When paying by ACH, a $5 cash discount is offered on these fees. We send expiration notifications starting 60 days out that way you can prepare for your renewal.

Turn Off Auto-Renewals:

Auto-renew can be turned on / off within your PetScreening account settings. Here's how:

  1. Go to your 'My Account' settings

  2. Click 'Payments'

  3. Click 'No' to turn auto-renew OFF or 'Yes' to turn auto-renew ON
