We do ask/require that you renew and update your pet profile annually and do so prior to the expiration of the current profile. We send out a friendly email reminder about renewing your Profile(s) 60 days before it expires.

Renewing your profile gives you the opportunity to make changes to the information on the profile such as the vaccination and affidavit sections of it. 

To renew your profile you will need to sign in to your PetScreening account, click your name in the top right corner of your screen, click pet profiles, and select the pet profile you wish to renew. From there, you can renew that specific pet profile by clicking the green ‘Renew’ button on the profile, updating the vaccination and affidavit information by clicking the blue pen to the right of the section you are editing, and paying the renewal fee for a household pet profile.

Please note that reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animal profiles and no pet/no animal profiles do not have a renewal fee. You will need to attest that the information is still accurate to renew your profile. Reasonable accommodation requests that are renewed will go through the review process again.
