Household pet profiles are active the moment a pet owner finishes filling out a profile and clicks the green "publish changes" button or the green "proceed to payment" button in the right hand corner of a profile. 

You will need to complete the payment process to activate your household pet profile after you have fully filled it out.

If you decide to make changes to your profile, you need to click the yellow "edit" button in the right hand corner of your household pet profile. From there, click the blue pen to the right of the section you wish to edit.

You will need to save any changes that have been made to the profile by clicking the green "publish changes" button in the right hand corner of the profile.

It is important to remember to publish your changes since profiles in "draft" status are not visible to property managers. Please make sure your household pet profile is active so your property manager can view it.
