NOTE: Referral codes are case sensitive and will need to be entered as displayed in the housing provider’s unique PetScreening URL.

Why do I need a Referral Code?
If you are converting a household pet profile to an assistance animal profile or if you did not use your property manager's PetScreening URL to create your PetScreening account, a referral code may be required to submit an assistance animal accommodation request. The referral code is needed so PetScreening can properly assign your profile to your property manager's account.

Refer to your property manager's PetScreening URL to find your referral code. If you are in need of additional assistance, please contact us.
