There are three profile sections where pet / animal owners can upload photos and documents:
Info & Photos
Vaccinations
Assistance Animal Details (This section is only visible on the Assistance Animal profile type.)
Info & Photos
In the Info & Photos section, a minimum of two photos of your animal are requested to be uploaded. One photo should be take from the front and the other from the side.

Size Limit: 25MB
File Format: JPG, JPEG, PNG
Uploading photos:
Under the Animal Photos heading in the Info & Photos section, click the Upload Photos button.
Select the photos from your computer or mobile device and click Insert, Save, or Upload.
Vaccinations
In the Vaccinations section, upload proof of vaccinations. If you do not have your pet’s vaccination documents, you can get them from the veterinarian that administered the vaccinations.

In the Animal Details section, upload documentation demonstrating your disability-related need for the assistive animal. Click the Upload Documents button to select your document.
